What happens when I hit my free plan limits?
You’ll see a prompt showing when your limits reset (the first of each month) and the option to upgrade. You’re never locked out of your profile or search.
Will free users ever miss out on events?
No. Every event is visible to everyone in search, always. Pro buys speed and convenience — instant alerts instead of the weekly digest — never information access.
Does Pro rank me higher in search?
Search is relevance-first. Pro only breaks ties between equally relevant results — there is no pay-to-rank on Opentospeak.
What happens to my custom URL if I cancel?
You keep it. Claiming or changing a username requires Pro, but we never revoke one — breaking your published links helps nobody.
Is my payment information secure?
